I just received my Erie Roof. I am pleased with the entire installation process. First, the representative, Julissa, came out and spent hours informing me about their product. She's very knowledgeable and would not leave until she had answered all my questions and had explained in full detail how their product was superior to other roofs, in product and installation. She also worked hard with her boss to get me all discounts available. Next, I received a call to go over materials, colors, and gutters agreed upon before materials were ordered. Then, after an installation day was set, workers arrived promptly before 7 am and began working at 7 am. Work was completed during one day by a multi-team crew. After installation, all materials were picked up and hauled away. I even observed through my cameras of multiple walks around my driveway to make sure no nails were over looked. Then, the installation manager, went over all work and answered any remaining questions before I signed off on job. Lastly, I was issued a completion form and warranty to give my insurance company for a reduction in premium. I'm very pleased so far with the professionalism of entire staff.

Sales team did a great job explaining the setup and had very helpful product knowledge. The crew did a great job completing the roof and clean up in one day which was awesome. It was pretty expensive, more so than ones I had seen otherwise we are very happy with it. Our electric bills have lowered a bit as well thanks to the air cooling vent system they offered.

Great experience working with Erie Homes, they completed our roof in two days working late both day to finish before our 14” of rain in five days. I must add that there were no leaks.

We recently had a new roof installed by Erie, and the experience was very positive overall. Although the sales pitch and decision-making process were quite lengthy, taking up about four hours on a Sunday afternoon, the actual installation was swift and efficient. Work began promptly on Tuesday and was completed by Wednesday. We opted for fiberglass shingles, which not only look fantastic but are also expected to last for the next 30 years. As of now, we are thoroughly satisfied with this home improvement and would recommend Erie for their professionalism and quality workmanship.

I am very happy with my Erie Home roof. The workers started early in the hot heat and worked till the evening to finish the roof. They cleaned up every piece of scrap which I was very happy about. The roof looks great so very happy with everything.

Job completed and we are very happy with overall product and install.
I did find one handprint on my front porch column that I should be able to clean Ok.

I went into the attic last evening as you may know we have been deluged with rains since Monday morning early.
Inspecting for any trace of leaks and found All Dry.

Cleanup also was great.
