We first worked with Shane and co when we first bought our three story town home three years ago. His crew repaired some issues on our roof found during inspection at a very fair price, without trying to upsell us or push us into replacing the roof early. They were honest about the condition of the roof, and in their assessment that it would be fine for a while yet.

When we were finally ready to replace the roof this year, Monarch's estimate was incredibly competitive, with the same brand-name shingles and roofing system AND a 30 year warranty.

Shane was very accommodating of our schedule and availability. His roofing crew was fast (again, while working three stories up!) and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning up, too. The final invoice total was under the initial estimate.

We lost some big sections of our roof shingles in Beryl. We have a three story townhome with a shared roof. Shane (Monarch) was able to get us an estimate and squeeze us into the schedule in about 7 days. We had already received two other quotes for new roofs and Monarch offered us a very fair price. Given the height of this roof, the difficulty to get on the schedule, finding someone who is local (and thus can honor the warranty), actually receiving his insurance information without asking for it, and meeting with the owner, Monarch was exactly what we needed. He has contentious crews and they do lots of the little things well - like clean up.
