Today's date is July 12. The post office is open for those who have P.O. boxes there; however, the office is technically closed due to the power outage. I attached a photo for those who may think there is service at the office.

The most unorganized place. The workers have attitudes as if you made them work here. They move slow. Always having to find a package. Having full blown conversations that are inappropriate instead of working.

No point in making an appointment. Only one person working the counter with a line out the door. The person working should be payed big money for doing the work of six people.

Very helpful staff and it was my first time visiting. Although the line was long, they moved very quickly and very friendly. I didn’t know exactly what to do sending my package to New York and the worker really helped me. They are also patient. Thank you

Horrible customer service. Careless employees. They purposely make you wait at pick up after knocking or ringing the bell. The sign says they open at 7am Monday- Friday. I asked clerk what time does pick up open, she said "the sign says 7am, but they really open at 8am, but they usually don't come to the door until 9am". I told the supervisor that the hours posted for pick up are wrong, and she says she knows that its incorrect and still doesn't update it. Staff calls her ghetto.
Also, signage is all over the building stating masks are required, but none of the workers serving us wears a mask.

I more so have a question for the workers here… Why do you choose this job if you’re rude, bitter, and have a stank attitude? and how does the united states postal service allow workers to represent these post offices like this. They are rude and lied straight to my face multiple times trying to tell me I got scammed with a fake tracking number and the wrong address when my post man told me his self that everything was the right info along with the online tracking having my exact zip code and address.
now my package is just missing ?
yeah, it was clearly stolen.
