Had a building built 4-5 years ago with no problems. Latest building that was built within the last year has multiple fit and finish issues along with a number of leaks. They have attempted to fix the issues, but most of the time they are rushing the repair. Still not confident all leaks are repaired, Yoder’s quality and attention to detail is not what it used to be with the existing crew.

The builders did a great job with our metal building. It looks nice and sturdy.

The issue we had was after we signed the contract, we could never get ahold of them. The supplies were delayed because of COVID which we understood, but they would never call us to give us an update. Really poor communication. Also, when they paved the concrete, they didn’t put any type of ramp. I now have to figure out how to lay a concrete ramp. I asked them about it after and they said we didn’t ask for one. I didn’t know that a ramp to my garage was an option. I now have a 5 inch drop off i will have to fix.
